How do I start?

If you are new to CrossFit, then we have the class for you. Everyone starts somewhere, this is where you’ll start on your journey into CrossFit. We begin with our Barbell Basics Class that, yup, teaches you the basics of the barbell. We’ll teach you the following: pulls, squats (front/back/overhead), shoulder to over head (press/push press/push jerk) as well as the Clean and the Snatch. We’ll also cover how to scale workouts properly as to not push too hard and stay safe, proper class etiquette and how often and when you should train.
We’ll follow up during the next 6 weeks as you’re working out with some nutrition/hydration basics and get you on track to make the most of your 6 weeks, and the years of training we know you’ll stay with us.
