What is CrossFit?
Fun. Hard. Rewarding. Challenging. Strengthening. Cardio. The best overall workout you’ll ever get that’ll make you leaner, more athletic, stronger and in better shape than you’ve ever been.
If you ask us what CrossFit is, we define it as constantly varied, functional movement done at high intensity. It is a multi disciplinary approach to fitness. We do multiple modalities such as but not limited to; olympic lifting (snatch/ clean and jerk), powerlifting (squat/bench press/deadlift), bodyweight movements (pull ups/push ups/handstand push ups), plyometrics (jumping/explosive movements) running, rowing, biking, agility work and mobility (yoga/stretching).
Why so many things? Because we want you to be well rounded, not just strong, not just lean, not just great cardio, and not just fit, but CrossFit!
