80 Squats

80 Push-Ups

80 Pull-ups

80 Wall Ball Shots, 20/14

80 Kettlebell Swings 24kg/16kg

80 Deadlifts 95/65

80 Double Unders

This will be done as a partner WOD

You will EACH complete ALL 80 of the reps

Double Unders will be done together however, you cannot move on to the next movement until you both have done all 80 of the double unders.

If you do not have double unders, DOUBLE the number of single unders.

All other movements are done 10 at a time, alternating until all 80 reps each are completed before moving on to the next movement
